GlacialPower Unveils IP67 Rated 60Watt LED Drivers with Active PFC–GP-LS60P
Tolerates Mains Voltage Fluctuations with Universal Input from 90 to 305VAC
June 21, 2016 - Taipei Taiwan - GlacialPower, a division of LED technology manufacturer GlacialTech Inc, announces a new series of 60 Watt LED Drivers ranging from 12V to 57V DC output. The GP-LS60P series is IP67 rated water and dustproof for rugged indoor and outdoor environments and has active power factor correction for efficient use of mains electricity. A wide input range of 90 to 305VAC provides strong tolerance of AC voltage fluctuations and the driver comes in both constant current and constant voltage modes, with dimming available on constant current mode.
Efficient LED Power
The GP-LS60P not only has active power factor correction for efficient use of mains power, it features high power output efficiencies and is completely compliant with the European directives for the eco-design of Energy Related Products (ErP EU_1194_2012 Stage 3.) Dimming models feature 3 options; DC 0-10V, PWM and resistor dimming for easy integration and efficient dimming options. With No Load Consumption under 0.5W, the GP-LS60P not only operates efficiently in-use, but uses almost no electricity in standby mode.
High Quality Output Voltage
Output voltage from the GP-LS60P is high quality with low noise and ripple from 200-250mV meaning LED lighting output stays consistently high quality with minimum color distortion. With a setup time of less than 0.5 seconds at 230V, it starts up in less than the blink of an eye.
Rugged and Dependable
The IP67 rated GP-LS60P features a waterproof and dustproof enclosure able to take on rugged outdoor or indoor environments and operates in temperatures from -30° C to 50° C. Safety features include Over-Voltage Protection(OVP), Over-Current Protection(OCP), Short-Circuit Protection(SCP) and Over-Temperature Protection(OTP), ensuring both the safety and long service life of this LED driver.
